Pape-Dawson Engineers welcomes Sam Jeitani, P.E. as Associate Vice President for the San Antonio Office.
Mr. Jeitani returns to Pape-Dawson with more than 19 years of experience in corporate real estate project management and civil engineering. In his previous role, Mr. Jeitani’s area of focus included project/program oversight of end-to-end delivery of specialty buildings such as Aviation Test Cells, manufacturing and office buildings, including land search and selection, lease and contract negotiation, bid tendering, and design and construction management nationally and internationally. Mr. Jeitani’s civil engineering design experience includes commercial and industrial land development sites and infrastructure design. Past projects include the Baptist Hospital, H-E-B industrial/manufacturing campuses, Bass Pro Shop, data centers and multi-family residential developments.
“We are excited to have Sam re-join our team,” Pape-Dawson Executive Vice President Dennis Rion, P.E., LEEP AP BD+C said. “With his extensive and varied background in corporate real estate and civil engineering, he will provide valuable leadership to our projects.”
Mr. Jeitani is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and Construction Management Association of America.
He earned a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Oklahoma State University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Balamand. He is a registered Professional Engineer in Texas and New Mexico.
