Pape-Dawson Engineers, Inc. is pleased to welcome Matt B. Garcia as Vice President in our Dallas office. In this role, Mr. Garcia will lead business strategy and business development efforts for our water resources team in the North Texas area, helping to promote and manage various water resources projects.
Mr. Garcia has 26 years of experience in business development and operations for global engineering and construction firms. Using his strong leadership and project management skills, he has successfully established many long-term client relationships resulting in multi-million-dollar contracts. He has a substantial understanding of water resources, environmental, and engineering practices and has worked with many public agencies in North Texas, including Dallas Water Utilities, City of Fort Worth Water Department, North Texas Municipal Water District, Tarrant Regional Water District, Trinity River Authority, and Texas Department of Transportation.
Mr. Garcia is an active member of Texas Water Conservation Association, Water Environment Association of Texas, Water Environment Federation, and American Wastewater Association.

Mr. Garcia earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management degree from McMurry University in 1986.
