Topic: This presentation will discuss how the latest in GIS data collection technology can enhance collaboration between teams and keep large-scale projects on schedule.
With over 35 years of experience in civil and public works engineering, Ms. Keefer has provided multi-state management of water and wastewater engineering projects through master plans, facility evaluations, inter-County water transfer investigations, utility building rehabilitation and upgrades, and biosolids digestion. Ms. Keefer previously worked on the Pape-Dawson team and oversaw the Vista Ridge water pipeline project in the early stages of design, permitting, and easement acquisition, before moving to Georgia for family reasons. While in Georgia, Ms. Keefer managed construction administration of the first piano key weir spillway in the United States.
