Pape-Dawson Engineers, Inc. is pleased to announce the promotion of Caleb Chance, P.E. to Vice President. As Vice President, Mr. Chance will continue to lead commercial and residential land development projects including subdivision layout and design, regulatory submittal and approval, and hydrologic and hydraulic studies of local creeks for FEMA submittals.
With 16 years’ of experience in Civil Engineering, Mr. Chance has contributed to the success of many projects, such as Morgan’s Wonderland and S.T.A.R. Soccer Complex; Canyon Springs mixed-use development; Kinder Ranch, Two Creeks and Huntington subdivisions; Living Spaces furniture store; and Beitel Creek stream restoration.
Mr. Chance is an active member of the Real Estate Council of San Antonio, currently serving as co-chair of the Golf Tournament Committee as well as the Government Relations Committee, and was a participant in the 2009-10 Leadership Development Program. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects and the Texas Society of Professional Engineers Bexar Chapter.

Mr. Chance earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering degree from Texas A&M University in 2002 and a Master of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at San Antonio in 2013. He is also a registered professional engineer in the state of Texas.
