Brice Moczygemba, P.E., Senior Vice President, is retiring effective December 2017 after 31 years of service to Pape-Dawson.
During his tenure at Pape-Dawson, Mr. Moczygemba has managed a land development team and, most recently, a water resources team responsible for drainage, water, and wastewater infrastructure projects with construction budgets ranging from $1,000 to more than $100 million. Projects completed under his leadership include the San Antonio Water System (SAWS) Medio Creek Sewer Outfall Expansion, the Southwest Bexar Sewer Pipeline, and the San Antonio River Authority San Pedro Creek Restoration.
In addition to his professional achievements, Mr. Moczygemba has maintained active involvement in various professional and civic organizations. He is the current Board Chairman for the San Antonio River Foundation. His past leadership roles include serving as Board Secretary and Board Member for the San Antonio River Foundation; Citizen’s Advisory Panel for the San Antonio Water System; and Board President of Christian Senior Services. He is also actively involved in the National Society of Professional Engineers, Professional Engineers in Private Practice, the American Society of Civil Engineers, the Bexar Chapter of the Texas Society of Professional Engineers, the American Water Works Association, and the Real Estate Council of San Antonio.
