Pape-Dawson Engineers, Inc. announces the promotion of Angela Livingston, CP, CMS-Lidar, GISP, to Practice Leader – Geospatial Services. In her new role, Ms. Livingston will oversee geospatial projects and have a prominent role in developing the evolving field of Lidar and geospatial opportunities for Pape-Dawson.
Ms. Livingston joined Pape-Dawson in November 2013. Her experience includes leading the geospatial team in providing solutions for site condition analysis and support for engineering services. She has more than 20 years of experience in Photogrammetry, Lidar, and GIS. Her recent projects include topographic lidar surveys for Stevens Ranch, CPS Energy, Westpointe North, and Whisper Falls, as well as 3D Modeling of Martin Marietta Beckmann Quarry.

Ms. Livingston is a member of the American Society for Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing and frequently shares her passion for her work with others through presentations and speeches.
She earned a Bachelor of Science from Northwest Missouri State University in 1999. Her certifications include Certified Photogrammetrist, Certified Mapping Scientist-Lidar, Geographic Information Systems Professional, and FAA Part 107 sUAS Remote Pilot.
